Kevin McClure Worship Coaching wants to design a specific program for you to grow in your skills that you and your church needs you to grow in – both right now and for the long haul.
COACHING OPTIONS

Mentor
Designed to bring a worship leader to their greatest potential with quickness and efficiency
extremely limited availability
- Six 1:1 coaching sessions via ZOOM per session (every other week)
- Development program curated to your context (Approx. 1 year to complete)
- Daily schedule, to-do lists for personal & professional growth
- Monthly worship leading feedback (via video recording)
- Annual in-person consulting visit (beginning & end of development program)
- Choice of one additional in-depth coaching subject for after development program is complete
Advisor
For the worship leader who wants to grow in their craft, but has a fuller schedule or less urgency – limited availability
- Three 1:1 coaching sessions via ZOOM per session (every four weeks)
- Development program curated to your context (Approx. 2 years to complete)
- Bimonthly worship leading feedback (via video recording)
- One in-person consulting visit within one calendar year (at any time during program, travel expenses not included)
Guide
Great for an established worship leader who wants to talk shop and get fresh eyes on old challenges – virtually unlimited availability
- Two 1:1 coaching sessions via ZOOM per session (every six weeks)
- Development program curated to your context (Approx. 4 years to complete)
